BOHEMIA PROFIL deals with a production of the aluminium profiles for the laying of floors and transition elements intended for all kinds of floor covering (eg. wooden and laminated floors, carpets, paving...). You can choose from almost 500 different aluminium profiles when each fillet is furnished with a specific EAN code.

All profiles are also delivered in standard lenghs 270 cm and 90 cm.

Profi les surface can be anodised by a coloured shade (silver, gold, bronze, champagne), coated by a PVC foil with a wood imitation (maple, beech, oak, oak light, oak bleached, oak white, alder, cherry, nut, wenge) or as an innovation the cover of the fi llets is delivered inlayed with a classical wooden veneering sheet. Based on a close cooperation with a producer of a special modifi ed and varnished wooden veneering sheet we are ready to deliver these covering profi les in a wide variety of a fi gural decor (in the continual off er there are 16 kinds of wood species including exotic - ash, bamboo light, bamboo dark, maple, beech, hevea, oak, oak not lacquered, cork, cherry american, cherry euro, doussie, merbau, teak, nut, wenge), based on the agreement and a corresponding order amount it is possible to adjust additional layout following the customers wishes.

In the BOHEMIA PROFIL range there are three different possibilities how to fix profiles to the basis. The best selling and today the more and more used are the self-adhesive fillets, in our case profiles with a specific sticking resin, which supports a cohesion and a perfect contact rigidity. Another possibility of fixing are plug fillets, where the original stike plugs are used for fixing to the basis. The head of the strike nail is placed in the rail in the below part of the profil and it is swivelling, that why it is possible to incline and level the height different basises. In that case it is possible to combine plugs and self-adhesive method and to ensure the best possible profiles adduction to the basis. The last possibility of the fixing are the classical bore profiles which are taken on to the basis using wood screws inserted in the prepared profiles holes.
